When I saw this total I thought it was a misprint with how awful these two teams are. Rutgers is playing historically bad offense, failing to score over 54 points in 4 of their last 5 games. 3 of those games they couldn’t even crack 50. Illinois isn’t lighting up any scoreboards with their offense either as they are comfortable playing in the 60’s. Rutgers will want to play slow and Illinois will be more than happy to oblige.
