When the College Football season returns in August real sports bettors react like a kid on Christmas morning. After the NBA Finals end in mid June there are two long months of “just getting by” betting on baseball, UFC and tennis. Betting on College Football in September is a dangerous game. With the massive turnover of rosters every season and the addition of 18-19 starters make betting anything with full confidence a dangerous game. Unless you take it very seriously, it is very easy to lose a big chunk of your bankroll before the season even gets cooking. Well October is when it get cooking! It is our favorite month of the season because every team will have played at least 5 games and conference games are in full swing. By October 1st we know the teams, we know the players and the lines are easier to read if you know what to look for.
