NFL Final Four Betting NFC

After 264 NFL regular season and playoff games it all comes down to 4. New England travels to Denver in The AFC Championship and Arizona travels to Carolina for The NFC Crown. Let’s take a quick look at The NFC Championship.

NFC CHAMPIONSHIP: Arizona Cardinals at Carolina Panthers (-3) O/U 48

In the NFC Divisional Playoffs The Arizona Cardinals hosted the Green Bay Packers. The Packers who were already without receiver Davonte Adams lost Receiver Randall Cobb in the first quarter. Arizona looked to have GB put away before Rodgers amazing hail mary at the buzzer took it to OT where Arizona Receiver Larry Fitzgerald would finally put GB away. On the other side of the bracket Carolina raced out to a 31-0 lead in the first half before Ron Rivera went ultra conservative on both sides of the ball and let the lead slip away before Carolina held on for the 7 point win and cover.

Sunday’s game in Charlotte will pit the 2 best NFC teams against each other and the match up everyone wanted to see. The Carolina Panthers have the league MVP on offense in Cam Newton and one of the best defenses in the NFL. Arizona has the more dangerous offense and the most aggressive defense in the NFL, bringing pressure on seemingly every passing down. The Panthers are 16-1 on the season and also boasts one of the best records against the spread at 12-5. At home they dominate with a 9-0 record and 7-2 against the spread. They have averaged 33 points a game at home and only give up 17. The Over has hit in 7 of 9. Arizona on the other hand has been a fantastic road team going 7-1 SU and 6-2 ATS. They only played 2 games on the road against teams with winning records beating Seattle in November and losing to Pittsburgh in October. 5 of their 8 road games have gone Over. We look for both of these teams to come out passing in this showdown as both defenses finished in the top 5 in rushing yards against this season. Look for both teams to have success driving between the 20’s before bogging down and having to settle for field goals. Arizona will send their deep receiving corps at the Carolina secondary all day and try to hit deep shots down field away from all pro corner Josh Norman. Cam Newton will stick with the short passing game to the backs and tight ends along with his ability to convert on 3rd and short.. a recipe that got the Panthers this far. In the end we absolutuly love the UNDER 48 and will also take Carolina to win and cover 23-19 to move on to Super Bowl 50. THE PICK: Carolina -3 UNDER 48
