BEST WIN: After falling behind the desperate Baltimore Ravens 24-21 with about 5 minutes left The Bengals went on an impressive 6 play 80 yard drive to take the lead right back winning 28-24 as 1.5 road dogs.

WORST LOSS: In a game to see which team was ready to prove they can take the next step as maybe being playoff contenders, The Oakland Raiders went into Cleveland and got the job done. The Browns turned the ball over twice including a Josh McCown interception on The Raiders 12 yard line to end the game. The Raiders won 27-20 as 3.5 point dogs.

A bigger lose may have been QB Ben Roethlisberger getting hit low by Rams safety Mark Barron and spraining his left MCL and sidelined for 4-6 weeks.

BAD BEAT: None

AFC SOUTH

BEST WIN: The 0-2 Houston Texans were desperate for a home win against The Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They got it, winning a defensive struggle after rushing for 186 yards in 19-9 win as 6 point home favorites.

WORST LOSS: Playing against arguably the best team on the planet The Jacksonville Jaguars were mauled by The Patriots 51-17 as 14 point road dogs. Jacksonville allowed almost 500 yards of offense as The Patriots ran up the score and they were powerless to stop it.

BAD BEAT: None

AFC WEST

BEST WIN: Peyton Manning and The Broncos did it again. They went on the road to Detroit for Sunday Night Football as 3 point favorites and won their 3rd straight game. Manning threw for over 300 yards and The Broncos defense suffocated The Lions 24-12 to get the win and cover.

WORST LOSS: The San Diego Chargers opened the season beating the Lions in a win that doesn’t look impressive anymore as the Lions are winless. On Sunday they went on the road to Minnesota to face The Vikings as 2 point dogs. After only trailing 10-7 at halftime, The Vikings scored TD’s on their first 2 possessions of the 2nd half followed by a Phillip Rivers pick 6 as The Vikings won 31-14.

BAD BEAT: The total in The Vikings/Chargers game was set at 44.5 and the game was long decided and UNDER bettors were feeling pretty good with The Vikings up 31-7. That is until The Chargers went on a 8 minute 89 yards drive and scored a touchdown with 30 seconds left to make the final score 31-14 and the most meaningless TD you’ll ever see except for UNDER bettors.

NFC EAST

BEST WIN: On Thursday Night Football The New York Giants got their first win of the season beating Washington 32-21. Eli Manning threw 2 touchdown passes and The Giants turned the Redskins over 3 times and covered as 3 point favorites.

WORST LOSS: Brandon Weeden and The Dallas Cowboys offense played well enough to beat The Atlanta Falcons at home on Sunday leading 28-14 in the 2nd quarter. Unfortunately their defense fell apart in the 2nd half giving up 22 points and letting Julio Jones do whatever he wanted in a 39-28 loss in a game that closed as a pick em.

BAD BEAT: The total in The Giants/Redskins game was set at 45 and the game was all but over with The Giants leading 25-14 with 3 minutes left. The Giants got a lucky touchdown on 3rd and 10 from the Washington 41 as Ruben Randle caught a tipped pass off the defenders head to push the total OVER. The Redskins returned the kickoff for a touchdown but the damage was already done for a game that would of finished UNDER if not for the lucky bounce.

NFC NORTH

BEST WIN: Aaron Rodgers threw for 333 yards and 5 touchdown passes as The Green Bay Packers continued their dominance at home beating The Kansas City Chiefs 38-28 as 6 point favorites.

WORST LOSS: Many believe The Chicago Bears may be the worst team in football and they showed why on Sunday getting shutout 26-0 at Seattle. Jimmy Clausen threw for only 63 yards and the Bears only gained 146 total as The Seahawks looked like they were doing a Friday morning walk through and barely breaking a sweat covering as huge 16.5 point favorites.

NFC SOUTH

BEST WIN: Atlanta may be the surprise team of the first 3 weeks and the best team in The NFC East even though they play in the south. The Falcons beat their 3rd straight NFC East opponent winning 39-28 at Dallas as Julio Jones continues to look like the best receiver in The NFL this year, catching 12 passes for 164 yads and 2 scores as The Falcons covered the spread.

WORST LOSS: The New Orleans Saints dropped to 0-3 as they continue their rapid fall from a team that used to be feared to a team the rest of the leg can’t wait to play. The Saints turned the ball over twice including a crucial Luke McCown pick with 4 minutes to play that sealed their fate losing 27-22.

BAD BEAT: None

NFC WEST

BEST WIN: The Arizona Cardinals continue to look like the team to beat in The NFC blowing the doors off San Francisco 47-7. Carson Palmer threw for over 300 yards, Chris Johnson showed he still has some life in those legs running for over 100 yards and 2 scores and Larry Fitzgerald had 134 yards and 2 scores as The Cardinals easily covered the 7 point spread.

WORST LOSS: On the flip side of that game Colin Kaepernick was awful throwing 4 interceptions including 2 pick sixes in the first 6 minutes as the 49ers look like the worst team in The NFC West.

BAD BEAT: None
